Goin to spend some $ soon.

Yesterday went to Marina Square wif Siew Chen. Basically the place change a lot, looks a bit like Citylink yet some parts look like Far East Plaza. Anyway we went there to explore a bit since we hardly ever go there. We were jus window shopping, but saw a couple of things tat are worth buying. 1 of the shoe shop is like having a sale n i tink is the second pair is 50% or something. Ya Siew Chen seems interested but hmm i dunno, i dun tink i need any new shoe now. See how lah tis comin wk. ^_^ Any1 wan to join us? We planning to go there again tis comin wk. ^_^ After walking a bit, we went to eat at Long John. Funny i tink there only got 1 fast-food resturant. So we ordered some food n i eat my usual combo 1 but somehow the food portion like gotten smaller. Especialy the chicken, it's like gotten skinnier n those measly fries. All for $3.60. I feel like i'm cheated.

After Marina, we went to Suntec. I tink i may want to buy clothes frm Fox. They are having sale buy 2 get 1 free. Maybe ask Hui Min to come along. There isn't much at Suntec so we left Suntec n went to Parkway. Also window shopped ard but i tink got nothing much maybe cos i live so near? But i discovered tat Ig's Heaven got sell earrings. N their earrings are very nice, a bit on the ex side though. Tink i have to consider before making any decisons, still not very rich yet.

I tink u all noe tat arts central is showing Inuyasha at 11pm frm wed to fri. But did u watch the anime after tat? It's Shaman King n i previously had talked abt it on my blog. So anyway i'm goin to introduce tis anime again. Tis anime is about shamans. Shamans are ppl who r able to bind the 2 worlds. Humans and spirits, in other words ghost. They can c spirits n use some of them to be their guardian spirits to fight n protect themselves. Every 500 years, there is a Shaman fight in which the winner will be the Shaman King. The Shaman King will then have a great spirit n they grant their dreams tat sort of thing. So the story talks abt Asakura Yoh, a 13 year old boy who has a samurai spirit, Amidamaru. He has a human friend, Manta a ordinary boy who can c spirits. Before meeting Manta, Yoh is basically alone as shamans are consider weird to most normal humans. Yoh has great potential to be a great shaman but he is extremely lazy, easy-going n only wants to listen to his music. So his fiance, Anna Kyouyama came to find him n train him for the shaman fight. She wants Yoh to be the Shaman King so she can have an easy life. She is an itako, meaning she can summon spirits even if they had went to heaven. Most ppl dun dare to defy her as she's scary n she can slap ppl senseless. She doesn't show her emotions but she really cares for Yoh. They met a couple of shamans on the way n became friends wif them. However they also have an enemy, Hao. He is a powerful shaman wif Spirit of fire as his guardian spirit. He can control elements n wanted to set up a world where only shamans exist. He also haf some relations to Yoh n somehow wants Yoh to be stronger.

I tink tis anime the storyline is quite interesting, some ppl may linked in to Flame of Recca n other anime cos the characters got into a tournament n haf fight. In terms of violence, i will say tat Inuyasha is more violent as Shaman King dun haf tat much bloodshed. The story gets a bit dull when Yoh and the others went to America for the second round of shaman fight. The pace picks up again when Anna n Manta met Yoh in America. So far i tink the anime is goin to proceed to its climax soon when Yoh reaches Patch village. I like the storyline maybe because of the adventure n how the characters gets stronger after every fight n the humour in it. Really like Yoh n Anna as a couple as they are poles apart yet they are engaged. A slight flaw would be tat the graphics of tis anime is not as good as compared to Inuyasha. Anyway try watching it for yourself. It on arts central 11.30pm frm wed to fri right after Inuyasha.
