End up playing most of the time.
Today had med micro test, even the portion covered is quite small, still can't remember some bits n pieces. Luckily still managed to get B for the test. I tink i need to revise more. Especially fri got histo test, i need to start early.
After 1 hour of sch, goin to meet Siew Chen, Hoon Ching n Hui Min at bugis to shop. Received Hui Min's call on the way there, telling me she'll meet us later cos she wan to sleep some more. Next time dun sleep so late ah. So the 3 of us ate at Mac while waiting 4 Hui Min. Hui Min came like ard 1 plus n we talked abt stuff in our lifes. After tat we take a bus to Suntec n walked to Marina Square again to shop. Somehow feels like there are fewer shops opened today as compared to last fri. Siew Chen bought a hair band. I like one of the earrings but still not sure whether to buy or not. Cos it cost $10 for 2 pair, so if i buy 1 pair like not worth it. Siew Chen was also considering so we decided to leave first then come back later. Then we went to a shoe shop n linger there for a while. End up we didn't buy anything.
We were walking past the bowling alley when someone suggest playing pool. I didn't play for a long time n surprisingly everyone was up to it. We went in to ask abt the price. The uncle told us it was $8.40 per hour. We told him we wan a table n he ask whether we are above 16. So i was like ehh i looked so young ah? Haha. We showed him our ic n he gave us a table. It was fun, we played like abt 4 rounds. Hai i'm still so weak in pool, maybe next outing we can play pool again? ^_^ After pool we target the arcade. It's been a long time since i'm at an arcade. Played 2 rounds of racing. My hands are tired after playing bishibashi(tink the spelling shld be like tat). Saw house of the dead n convinced Siew Chen to play wif me. As usual we didn't get past the first stage. Haha.
We were a bit tired n wanted to looked 4 something to drink while sitting down. We chosed this place called Changing Appetites(i tink so), where they combined jap food n western food. Me n Siew Chen shared iced peach tea while Hui Min n Hoon Ching shared iced mocha freeze. Also ordered calamari n bbq winglers. The interior is quite nice, their chair quite comfortable if u got those wif sofa. The iced peach tea came first. It tasted like diluted iced peach tea. Tink they mixed too much water in it. Shld haf ordered something else cos the drink cost $4.90. Next came the iced mocha freeze. Had a sip of it n it tasted much better than the peach tea. Strangely, they delivered the calamari in those wooden baskets served in chinese dim sum restaurant when they dun haf chinese dim sum there. The calamari looks different from wat i haf seen before cos it's like fried till it become a clump. But it was quite good, much better than Swensens i tink. The sauce however, i tink was like a bit dry but otherwise ok. After tat came the bbq winglers. Different frm wat i expect, cos the chicken was covered wif some sauce tat looks like sweet n sour pork. The sauce on the chicken was a bit sour on the first bite but became ok after a while. Wanted to use my hands to eat but tink i would look quite uncivilised so end up making noise on my plate. We asked for bill n my portion only cost $6. ^_^
We returned back to our shopping n i bought the earrings tat i had eyed earlier. Hui Min bought a nice top after much consideration. Probably also because many ppl appear when we returned there again. Left at abt 6 cos Hoon Ching wanted to watch her tv. Seems like we spend quite an amount of time on pool n arcade today. May go out on fri to go shopping wif Siew Chen.
