Getting worse now.

Dunno y as the wks passed by, my experience at CGH seems to get worse. Last wk at microbiology was quite boring as most of the time i can only observe. But i also noe tat i haven learn enuff abt microbiology at sch so i don't haf much complaints lah but can at least let me practice on some unimportant samples. Then today i didn't get to do much of anything. Not because i slack but the staff today at my section prefer to do things by themselves. They only explain the procedure to me n expect me to watch them n learn. The section i go to tis wk dealts wif loading samples to the machine n it'll run by itself. I haf done tis for the past 2 days but the staff treat me like i was a newbie who dunno anything. Seems like they tink i can't even load samples into the machine. I mean how difficult can tat be? I dun tink there's any IQ requirements or years of practice to load samples into a machine bah. If only the staff remain fixed at certain sections then i dun get to face some annoying ppl. I believe tat knowing how to do n doin the thing itself is totally different story. Plus next time when i work surely they dun expect me to watch n not do anything. Tis is the first thing tat irritate me today. The second thing to irritate me today was abt the 3rd year project. While working at CGH, we were supposed to help them to do some stuff abt dengue fever. There was no condition attached tat those ppl attached to CGH haf to do the 3rd year project on dengue fever together. If i had known i was goin to be forced to do it, i won't haf come to CGH. Basically though the 4 of us r frm the same class, each of us haf our own grps to work wif for the 3rd year project. I not saying the other 3 ppl r no gd or wat but it's better to work wif someone i'm comfortable wif. Then today jus before lunch the supervisor who is in charge of us were like saying the 4 of us haf to be in a grp to do the dengue fever thing as our 3rd year project or else CGH would not work wif SP or something. Honestly, it's more of a threat. I mean he is not part of the staff in SP n y the hell shld he dictate who shld we work wif n wat shld we do. If my grp didn't get to do the project of our choice n then left to do dengue fever, i would just admit it's our fate. But when not given a choice n forced to do it, i cannot stand tis. He even say there is no room for negotiation as those who haf upper hand (meaning him) can call for the terms. Then he goes on to talk abt those who got power gets to command blah blah blah. I used to tink tat he's quite funny but now i dislike him. Jus because of some control over some ppl doesn't mean tat these ppl dun haf the freedom to choose wat they like. I especially hate it when ppl talk abt having control over others n there's like class differences. If the sch plans to follow wat he wants, i guess i'll object to it. Maybe i'm born rebellious (an Aquarian trait some say) but i prefer to tink tat i valued my freedom. Perhaps things may end up his way but my feeling won't be in his control.
